Admission - St.Vincent CMI Residential ICSE School, Pala

Although the school is a Catholic minority institution, students of all castes and creeds are admitted to the school without any discrimination on merit basis. The Application forms for admission can be downloaded from our website or collected from the school once admission dates are announced. After closing dates, applications forms can still be availed from the school office, which can be submitted for vacancies as they arise. A certificate of good conduct from the institution last attended is essential for processing the application for admission.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

The St Vincent CMI Residential School, Pala welcomes students seeking admission from Playschool to XI on the basis of merit and seats available.Students must fulfil the age requirements as stipulated by the Government on 30th of June of the year in which admission is being sought for.

Copy of the Birth Certificate attested by a Gazetted Officer
Copy of the report card (if any) of the previous school
Original Transfer Certificate countersigned by the respective Education Board (once admission is confirmed)
If a student belongs to SC, ST or OBC, caste certificate should be submitted at the time of admission.
Copy of the student’s Unique National ID (Aadhar Card)

FOR CLASSES IX AND X (ICSE)

No direct admission is offered to the students to Grade X from Education Boards other than CISCE, New Delhi (Council affiliated school). Students seeking admission to Classes IX & X from other Council affiliated schools are to observe guidelines given by the school in accordance with the Council’s rules and regulations from time to time.

FOR ISC (GRADE XI)

Candidates who have been awarded Pass Certificate in the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE X) examination with passes in five written subjects including English are eligible for admission to Class XI of the ISC (XII) course for entry to the Indian School Certificate (ISC XII) examination.
